Warranty Information
Officially, we offer a 1-year
warranty on anything we make ( Underwater Kinetics
Travel Cases have their own manufacturer's
warranty). In actual practice warranty repairs are
so rare for us and usually so minor that we've been
fixing whatever's wrong no matter how long ago the
item was purchased from us. There might be
exceptions in the case of abnormal wear and tear or
a major problem caused by improper use, but most of
the time you'll just pay the cost of
shipping.
If you want us to provide an
"Annual Service Check" including a pressure test
we'll provide this for a very small fee and the
cost of shipping both directions.

Delivery
Information
As of November 14 we continue to be very
busy with orders. We have already received as many orders as
we can manufacture and ship through all of January. We make really
good stuff, so please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery.
We do not charge your credit card
until we are near the completion of your housing or lights
(usually about a week or two before they're actually
shipped), so please try to place your orders
early.

Most overseas shipments cost
$90-$120 US and usually take 3-5 days.
You can telephone or email us for your actual
international shipping costs.
We do not collect VAT. Your country may collect
VAT.
